The interview process starts with an initial phone screening. Chosen candidates are then scheduled for a personal interview with a Hiring Manager.

Chosen candidates at this point are scheduled for a job shadow day offering a transparent and unique opportunity to spend a day in the field with a Trainer to get a hands-on feel for the role and to see the success of a Spa Efx promotion.  At the end of the day there is a final in office interview with the Hiring Manager. Successful candidates start the next day.

Business Development Executive - This position is all about client acquisition and requires minimum 1 year outside sales experience. This position can either be salaried or commission based with bonuses. Travel is a key component to this role requiring your own vehicle and the ability to travel.
